We are a Philadelphia, PA company based company supplying medical and laboratory supplies and equipment. The majority of our items come from working environments or government surplus. You will receive everything shown in the photos. If it is not shown then it is not part of the item for sale. Please carefully read descriptions and conditions for the item you are considering. Condition of the item is same as shown in photo. We do not accept returns.
The functionality of equipment is not checked unless specifically mentioned. All equipment must be checked and calibrated by buyer before use. Power cord/power supply is not included unless shown in photo. We strongly recommend the equipment be recertified prior to use.
The sale of medical items are subject to regulation buy the US Food and Drug Administration and or state and local regulatory agencies. Do not purchase an item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify you status as an authorized purchaser of the item before shipping. The seller assumes no responsibility for the proper or improper use of the product. If the item is to be in conjunction with patient care and or diagnosis, it is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain proper certification for the use of the item. We highly recommend the product be checked for its performance and safety parameters prior to use. The buyer agrees, as a condition of the sale, to assume all responsibility for inspecting, cleaning and testing medical devices before placing them into use and buyer agrees that the seller has no liability whatsoever to the buyer or third parties should the device fail once placed into use or service.
Visa and Master card are the only accepted credit cards. Cash is accepted if the item is being picked up. No international sales are accepted.
Smaller items are shipped UPS. It most cases these items are shipped free. Larger items can be picked up at our Philadelphia, PA warehouse or arrangements can be made by seller or purchaser to ship common carrier. We have the capability of palletizing equipment. There is a fee for this service. We will provide all necessary dimensions and weights for buyer to arrange own shipping. A bill of lading must be submitted prior to pick up by a common carrier. Items must be paid for in full, including shipping and palletizing charges, prior to pick up by a common carrier. We do not ship international. We only ship domestically to addresses in the USA, lower 48 USA only. UPS items usually ship within two business days,. Common carrier items ship once full payment is received for shipping and subject to common carrier scheduled pickup.
